Chamomile

The Chamomile plant will produce aromatic, feathery leaves that are complimented with summer blooming, white daisy-like flowers with yellow button centers. Chamomile tea is prepared from the flowers and has a smoothing mild flavor. The Chamomile flowers are used fresh or dried. It's suggested to harvest flowers while in full bloom and keep flowers cut back to encourage new growth.
